Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefits enrollments
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare year-end tax forms (W-2s, 1099s)
- Collaborate with HR on timekeeping and policy updates
- Implement process improvements for payroll efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP or similar payroll systems
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, CO labor laws, and tax compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- PHR or CPP certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
