Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, GL maintenance, and month-end close
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and variance reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and industry-specific regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes
- Support audits and implement internal controls for risk mitigation
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for real-time financial reporting
- Drive process improvements through automation and data analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/Xero)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
