Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees with 100% accuracy
- Manage tax filings, garnishments, and benefits deductions across 15+ states
- Implement and optimize ADP Workforce Now system integrations
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies with precision
- Lead year-end processing including W-2 distribution and 1099 reporting
- Develop payroll reports for executive leadership and HR stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with FLSA, ACA, and state-specific labor laws
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and Excel VLOOKUP functions
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred
- Expert knowledge of federal/state tax regulations and ERISA requirements
- Proven ability to resolve complex payroll discrepancies
- Experience with high-volume payroll systems (500+ employees)
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
