Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume cash handling transactions with 100% accuracy
- Build client relationships through personalized financial consultations
- Process complex transactions including wire transfers and foreign exchanges
- Identify and refer cross-sell opportunities for premium banking products
- Maintain strict compliance with federal banking regulations and security protocols
- Train junior tellers on new digital banking platforms
- Contribute to branch growth through community outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume banking experience with cash handling
- Proven track record in sales referrals and customer retention
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 securities license preferred
- Advanced knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) regulations
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills for high-net-worth clients
- Proficiency in core banking systems (Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
- Notable credit score above 700
