Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, with 100% accuracy.
- Provide superior customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues efficiently.
- Cash drawers and maintain accurate daily balancing records using TellersPlus software.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products and services to enhance client portfolios.
- Adhere to strict bank security protocols, compliance regulations, and internal policies.
- Assist customers with digital banking tools, mobile applications, and online account access.
- Maintain a clean and organized teller line while managing high-volume traffic.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
