Your Role:
You will be responsible for handling a variety of financial transactions while providing top-tier customer service. We are looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Cash and process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide exceptional service with a smile, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with banking regulations.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet individual and branch sales goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming teller line area.
- Assist with lobby operations, including handling drive-thru transactions and managing customer queues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous banking experience is a plus.
- Strong mathematical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and operate a computer terminal efficiently.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
- Strong ethical standards and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
