Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues promptly.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily reports to ensure financial accuracy.
- Identify and cross-sell banking products and services to meet branch goals.
- Maintain strict adherence to bank security and compliance protocols.
- Assist in the opening of new accounts and processing account closures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; prior banking experience is a plus.
- Strong math skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with financial software.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
