- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and emerging tech startups
- Create dynamic roadmaps for exponential technology adoption across business units
- Present foresight frameworks to investors and board members with data-driven narratives
- Mentor futurist talent and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial success
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
