Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging global trends (2026-2030) across technology, economics, and social domains
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Lead workshops on future-proofing business models and operations
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive presentations
- Advolve cross-functional teams in implementing future-ready initiatives
- Monitor horizon scanning signals and validate foresight hypotheses
- Build relationships with innovation ecosystems and thought leaders
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or related field
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis
- Expertise in at least two future-critical domains (AI, biotech, climate, etc.)
- Advanced degree in business, economics, futures studies, or equivalent
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in strategic forespace
- Global perspective with cross-cultural experience
