Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for clients in AI, biotech, and climate adaptation sectors
- Produce executive-level scenario planning documents and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with global stakeholders to align on future-state visions

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in quantitative/qualitative trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)

- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier industry publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS, CSO) or equivalent
