Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients on AI, quantum computing, and climate tech convergence
- Produce quarterly trend reports identifying disruptive forces in emerging markets
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio evaluating exponential technologies
- Present strategic foresight to executive boards and investor forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build cross-industry innovation networks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling exponential technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in AI ethics, biotech policy, or sustainable systems design
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (e.g., Nature Futures, MIT Tech Review)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Fluency in scenario modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation grants or venture funding
