Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+
- Develop future scenario models and strategic roadmaps for enterprise transformation
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen innovations
- Present future insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Build and lead a global team of futurists and innovation consultants
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness across organizational functions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech trajectories
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
