Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Produce quarterly futurist reports with actionable recommendations for C-suite executives
- Establish strategic partnerships with innovation labs and academic institutions
- Design and implement horizon scanning frameworks for emerging risks and opportunities
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-10 year strategic implementations
