Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight initiatives identifying disruptive trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Conduct primary research through horizon scanning, expert interviews, and global trend analysis
- Translate complex future projections into executable business roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Collaborate with product and R&D teams to embed foresight into development roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or trend analysis with proven 2026+ impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic trend methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in quantitative/qualitative research frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Palisade @RISK, Trendalyzer) and data visualization platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented strategy implementation
