- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for horizon scanning
- Design and deliver immersive future-vision workshops for leadership teams
- Quantify market disruption risks and opportunities for 2026-2030 timelines
- Mentor junior futurists using proprietary foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or equivalent futurist role
- Proven track record translating future trends into billion-dollar market opportunities
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy (whitepapers, journals)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience scaling foresight programs in Fortune 500 environments
