Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to translate future trends into actionable innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications and present at industry conferences
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic signals impacting future business landscapes
- Build and mentor a team of future-focused analysts and researchers
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting complex concepts to C-suite audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
