Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework, identifying emerging tech trends and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions in AI, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Present visionary roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global R&D centers
- Create 'Future State' scenarios and risk mitigation protocols for organizational resilience
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal impact
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex scenarios
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
