- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling narratives
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track implementation effectiveness
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional scenario-planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Experience leading high-impact innovation initiatives from concept to launch
- Strong data storytelling skills with executive communication expertise
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CSO, APF) required
