Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating blockchain, AI, and neurotech applications
- Design ethical governance protocols for emerging technologies in human augmentation
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for Fortune 500 clients and UN innovation forums
- Curate immersive innovation labs with MIT, Stanford, and Tsinghua University partners
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- PhD or advanced degree in Foresight, Systems Thinking, or Innovation Management
- 10+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 100 or global R&D institutions
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ technology disruptions successfully commercialized
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation journals (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- Certification in AI ethics, blockchain architecture, or synthetic biology
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
