Responsibilities

- Develop adaptive innovation roadmaps with measurable ROI metrics
- Produce executive briefings on societal and economic megatrends
- Design AI-powered trend detection systems for market volatility
- Collaborate with R&D on prototype testing of future-state technologies
- Mentor junior futurists in foresight methodologies and ethical foresight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech
- Proven track record of C-suite advisory on exponential technologies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Published work on AI ethics, biotechnology policy, or quantum computing
- Experience with futures research tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
