Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps for quantum AI integration and climate tech
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives from Fortune 500 companies
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab on human augmentation technology prototypes
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for Senate Tech Caucus briefings
- Manage $2M innovation fund for pilot projects in decentralized energy systems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or government innovation labs
- Published work on AI ethics or climate resilience in Nature or Harvard Business Review
- Fluency in Python/R for data modeling and scenario simulation
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for federal projects
- Experience with blockchain-based governance systems
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (AC/FFS)
