Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and maintain garnishments, bonuses, and overtime with 100% accuracy
- Ensure compliance with federal (FLSA) and Hawaii state labor regulations
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
- Prepare quarterly tax filings and year-end W-2s
- Manage employee payroll inquiries with exceptional service standards
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding payroll processes
- Generate payroll analytics for executive reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- Expertise in ADP Workforce Now or equivalent HCM systems
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Deep understanding of Hawaii state tax laws and labor codes
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table proficiency
- Proven track record of zero-error payroll cycles
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interactions
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
