Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Perform monthly and annual bank reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
  • Process payroll accurately for multiple clients using industry-standard software.
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
  • Assist with tax preparation and filing requirements for small to mid-sized businesses.

Qualifications:
