Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all journal entries are recorded accurately and timely.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and other financial accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring invoices are paid and payments collected promptly.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss statement, and cash flow analysis.
