Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Implement and maintain QuickBooks accounting systems for optimal efficiency
- Assist with audits and provide financial insights for strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with CFOs and tax professionals to ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience in a professional setting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred
- Deep understanding of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills with 100% accuracy in financial reporting
- Strong communication abilities to present complex data clearly
- Experience with multi-entity accounting systems
