Responsibilities
- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and concerns
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer financial needs
- Maintain accurate cash drawer and transaction records following security protocols
- Assist with branch operations including ATM maintenance and night drop services
- Participate in community outreach programs to enhance bank visibility
- Adhere to all banking regulations and compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office Suite
- Tennessee Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain)
