Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person and digital channels
- Identify and cross-sell banking products to meet customer financial needs
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions
- Support branch operations through remote administrative tasks
- Participate in community outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with digital banking platforms and MS Office Suite
