Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide exceptional service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting bank products
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions while adhering to audit standards
- Build and strengthen customer relationships through personalized financial guidance

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
