Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and promoting bank products/services
- Maintain cash drawer integrity and adhere to strict security protocols
- Open new accounts, explain features, and ensure compliance with banking regulations
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction targets
- Balance daily transactions and prepare accurate reports
- Uphold bank policies and maintain strict confidentiality of customer information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling role
- Strong math aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office applications
- Familiarity with financial regulations (e.g., BSA, KYC)
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
