Responsibilities
- Prepare and review individual & corporate tax returns (1040, 1120, etc.) with precision
- Advise clients on tax planning strategies and compliance requirements
- Manage client relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution
- Utilize tax software (ProSystem, Lacerte) for efficient processing
- Conduct tax research and support IRS audit inquiries
- Mentor junior associates through collaborative team projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance with CPA license (or actively pursuing)
- 3+ years of tax preparation experience in public accounting
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
