Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 100+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Verify time records and reconcile payroll discrepancies
- Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax filings
- Assist with new hire onboarding and payroll documentation
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within SLA timeframe
- Maintain compliance with FLSA, CA labor laws, and company policies
- Support month-end payroll audits and reporting
- Collaborate with HR team on benefits administration
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of employee data
- Basic understanding of payroll terminology and concepts
- Willingness to obtain voluntary payroll certification (paid training)
