Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service by greeting clients, resolving inquiries, and cross-selling bank products
- Maintain cash drawer and ATM reconciliation within established security protocols
- Open new accounts and assist clients with digital banking tools and mobile app features
- Adhere to strict regulatory compliance including BSA/AML procedures and KYC documentation
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales targets and service excellence goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and digital platforms
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and some holidays
- FBI background check and fingerprinting clearance required
