What You Will Do:
- Manage the full-cycle bookkeeping process, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts monthly.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure tax compliance for employees.
- Prepare sales tax returns and support annual corporate tax filings.
- Maintain accurate financial data and prepare financial statements for review.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve financial processes.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks or Xero.
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of integrity.
Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's preferred).
- 2+ years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP principles.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
