Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish wage deductions, bonuses, and commissions
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax laws and FLSA regulations
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Generate payroll reports for finance and HR departments
- Manage employee time-off requests and attendance records
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly/annual reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state knowledge
- Proficiency in ADP or comparable payroll systems
- CPP or FPC certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail with 10-key proficiency
- Experience with garnishment processing and tax filings
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to adjust schedule during payroll cycles
