Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records daily
- Cross-sell bank products (checking accounts, credit cards, savings) based on customer needs
- Resolve customer inquiries and resolve account discrepancies efficiently
- Operate digital banking tools and assist customers with mobile/online services
- Adhere to strict security protocols and compliance regulations
- Contribute to branch goals through proactive customer engagement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college coursework preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic math and financial software systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
