Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized financial advice and cross-sell bank products (credit cards, loans, savings accounts)
- Resolve customer inquiries and disputes efficiently while maintaining positive relationships
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions according to strict compliance protocols
- Operate multi-channel banking systems including ATMs, online portals, and mobile apps
- Participate in community outreach initiatives and local financial literacy programs
- Maintain strict adherence to anti-fraud regulations and security procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex financial concepts
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations (Regulation E, BSA) required
