Responsibilities
- Process routine transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Resolve client inquiries regarding accounts, products, and digital banking tools
- Uphold stringent security protocols for cash handling and confidential information
- Cross-sell bank services while identifying client financial needs
- Maintain meticulous records and reconcile daily transactions
- Support branch operations through lobby management and customer flow optimization
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic financial software and MS Office applications
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and basic Hawaiian pidgin preferred
- Ability to work independently during flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid Hawaii driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
