Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Resolve account inquiries and provide personalized financial guidance
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict adherence to security protocols
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services tailored to customer needs
- Operate teller systems and digital banking tools efficiently
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales targets

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual a plus)
