Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to forecast trends and inform strategic decisions
- Prepare comprehensive reports for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting and forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes
- Monitor market conditions and regulatory changes affecting financial performance
- Present complex financial insights in clear, actionable formats
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Ability to work independently with flexible scheduling
- CMA, CPA, or CFA certification preferred
