Responsibilities

- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data
- Professional certification (CFA, CPA) considered a plus
