Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, market trends, and operational data to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive leadership and board meetings.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand business requirements and translate them into financial metrics.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions and ERP systems to streamline financial reporting workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present clear conclusions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Professional certification (CPA, CFA, or CMA) is highly preferred.
