Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Collaborate with departments to ensure alignment on financial goals
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Streamline financial processes using advanced Excel and ERP systems
- Support audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- CMA or CPA certification preferred
