Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 300+ employees across 15 states using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings with 100% accuracy
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies monthly
- Support year-end processes including W-2 generation and 1099 reporting
- Implement and optimize payroll policies in alignment with FLSA and state laws
- Collaborate with HR to onboard new hires and update payroll records
- Train managers on timekeeping systems and payroll inquiries
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent platform expertise
- Deep knowledge of federal/state tax regulations and labor laws
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive financial matters
