Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed financial reports, including variance analysis, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets.
- Conduct in-depth financial forecasting and budgeting to support long-term strategic planning.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present data-driven insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize advanced Excel modeling to simulate various financial scenarios.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a contract environment while meeting tight deadlines.
