Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis and modeling to support strategic business decisions.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts.
- Monitor budget vs. actual performance and identify variances to recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess industry trends and risks.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop annual operating plans and long-term strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and supporting documentation.
- Present complex financial data to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or related roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- CPA or CFA certification is a plus but not required.
