Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for strategic decision-making
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with precision
- Present financial insights to stakeholders through compelling PowerPoint presentations
- Optimize financial processes using advanced Excel tools and automation
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate finance or investment firms
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, macros) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to C-suite executives
- Proven track record of managing multiple deadlines in fast-paced environments
