Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to support business strategy
- Develop comprehensive financial models for forecasting and scenario planning
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvement initiatives
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation analysis
- Manage financial databases and ensure data integrity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle Financials)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- SQL knowledge for data extraction and analysis
- CFA or CPA designation preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
