Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and metrics to support strategic business decisions
- Create detailed financial models, forecasts, and variance reports for leadership review
- Collaborate with department heads to develop budget plans and monitor performance
- Prepare executive presentations with clear financial insights and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Streamline financial reporting processes using advanced Excel and BI tools

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or investment finance

- Experience with financial software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)
