Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to prepare accurate forecasts, budgets, and variance reports
- Develop comprehensive financial models for strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation
- Monitor KPIs and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership
- Prepare executive-level presentations translating complex data into clear narratives
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
- Identify process improvement opportunities through financial analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or advisory settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to non-financial stakeholders
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments
