Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support strategic business decisions and budget planning.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive management review.
- Monitor budget versus actual performance and identify variances to recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in the development of long-term financial forecasts, including revenue and expense projections.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Perform variance analysis and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 2-5 years of professional experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
